OUC Guest Diver Program

Ontario Underwater Council    Invite a Guest Diver!     Read the brochure to understand the Guest Diver Program (GDP) and get the GDP Form. Fill out the Guest Diver form and send the form to membership@underwatercouncil.com Send OUC payment by eTransfer to payment@underwatercouncil.com Host club must satisfy themselves that the guest is a capable, certified diver. Guest Divers must adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the OUC Liability Insurance Policy and generally accepted safe recreational scuba diving practices.    

Three Levels of Protection from OUC

OUC Release

Ontario Underwater Council    An Important Line of Defence    Please review and sign the OUC Release as part of OUC's Three Levels of Protection. Indemnity Agreement for Parents of Minors

Ontario Underwater Council    Minors    The Minor Indemnity Agreement, or "Acknowledgement of Risk and Indemnity Agreement for Minor Child Participant," has the following instructions for Ontario Underwater Council participants: Parents or Legal Guardians of a Minor Child participating in OUC activities are recommended to correctly complete and sign the Indemnity Agreement for each of their Minor Child/ren at least 24 hours prior to the start of the OUC activities to benefit from OUC's second level of protection. Clarification of OUC coverage for Fall Students

Ontario Underwater Council    Fall Students    Don't send in your OUC membership payment for your Fall 2026 Students until you renew by Dec. 31, 2026 for the 2027 year. But please continue to send in the names of the Fall Students on the Excel membership submission form before their first class. We need to know who they are, and record them for insurance coverage.
