Indemnity Agreement for Parents of Minors

Ontario Underwater Council    Minors    The Minor Indemnity Agreement, or "Acknowledgement of Risk and Indemnity Agreement for Minor Child Participant," has the following instructions for Ontario Underwater Council participants: Parents or Legal Guardians of a Minor Child participating in OUC activities are recommended to correctly complete and sign the Indemnity Agreement for each of their Minor Child/ren at least 24 hours prior to the start of the OUC activities to benefit from OUC's second level of protection. OUC Annual General Meeting

Ontario Underwater Council AGM  2026 The 2026 AGM was held on February 7, 2026 President, Heison Chak, presented the following highlights on behalf of the OUC Board:  Membership is off to a good start with almost all clubs and the majority of members renewing in December 2025 to avoid any gaps in OUC liability insurance coverage. Three levels of protection for members, and an Insurance Reminder, were published.
