- Independent Members to join OUC:
- If you do not belong to an OUC club, but wish to join OUC as an independent member, use this online form.
- Select “Independent” instead of a club name.
- After filling in the online form, Independent Members should send payment by eTransfer to payment@underwatercouncil.com
- $50 OUC Independent Blue Member
- $67 OUC Independent Gold Member
- Independent Gold members have a vote at the OUC’s Annual General Meeting in Q1.

- Please note: Club members usually go directly through their club website or their Club Membership Director because clubs have additional information to gather, as well as the membership fee which goes directly through the Club.
